Except for any Fees due hereunder, neither party shall not be liable for any delay in performing or failure to perform its obligations hereunder where such delay or failure results from any cause beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, cyber-attacks, mechanical, electronic or communications failures, acts of God, terrorism, war, natural disasters, failure of any telecommunications or transportation or of any third party provider or supplier (e.g., host or app store providers) or labour disputes.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions set forth the entire understanding and agreement between you and gmr.tv concerning the subject matter herein and supers all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written concerning the Site. gmr.tv PRO Terms & Conditions

17. Paid Version

gmr.tv offers a paid pro version of its services which can be billed either monthly or annually. The subscription renews automatically at the end of every cycle. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through the gmr.tv site or by contacting our customer support team.

You need to make the payment in advance through the payment method acceptable on our Site (e.g. Credit Card). You must provide us with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorise gmr.tv to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

If automatic billing doesn’t work, gmr.tv will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.

18. Free Trial

gmr.tv may also provide a free trial version of the service at sole discretion. To sign up for a free trial, you must enter your billing information. You will not be charged until the free trial is expired.

gmr.tv reserves the right anytime to (i) change the terms and conditions of the Free Trial offer, or (ii) cancel such Free Trial offer.

19. Pricing and Fee changes

gmr.tv, may change the fee and pricing for the services anytime. Any fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle. gmr.tv will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective. Your continued use of the Service after the changed fee comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

20. All Sales are Final

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds unless required by law. All sales are final.

21. Modifications and Updates

We reserve the right to update and revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will know if these Terms and Conditions have been revised since your last visit to the website by referring to the "Effective Date of Current Policy" date at the top of this page. Your use of our Site constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as amended or revised by us from time to time, and you should, therefore, review these Terms and Conditions regularly.
